Value: $19,500 (1) LG model # LMN079HVT 7,000 BTU indoor mini splits and (2) LSN120HSV5 12,000 BTU indoor mini split and (1) 12,000btu LDN127HV4 concealed ducted unit. All units to be Installed into 4 first floor locations of your home; each unit has a wireless remote controls so that all 42,000BTU’s being distributed in the 4 locations can be kept at different temperatures. (A FIFTH ZONE OF 9KBTU COULD BE ADDED TO THIS SYSTEM AS WELL).All 4 indoor units run off the (1) LG RED heat pump/ac condenser model # LMU421HHV and is capable of having a total of 56,000 BTUS configured into the system.

The unit is to be located at ground level and placed on a stand, which is required for winter operation and snow concerns. This system is designed to be utilized for AC and heating during spring, fall, and in extreme winter weather as a main or supplemental heating source to help curve your current fuel consumption. In the right application it could service as the only heating source. This system is also a good means of dehumidification.

The system comes with a 12 year compressor warranty, 12 year part warranty, and a 1 year labor warranty through Restivo’s Heating and Air Conditioning. A 12 year extended labor warranty can also be purchased through Restivo’s for an additional cost.

COOLSMART MAXIMUM STANDARD REBATE POTENTIAL FOR THIS SYSTEM IS $1225 AND COMES BACK TO THE HOMEOWNER AFTER THE JOB IS COMPLETE. RESTIVOS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF REBATE CRITERIOR OR AMOUNTS CHANGE. This system could be eligible for an ENHANCED rebate through the National Grid rebate program ranging from $1000 PER COOLING TON AND UP TO $1250 PER COOLING TON. This is a calculated dollar amount that would be given based on the actual cooling output of your system. The homeowner is responsible for contacting RISE for an energy audit assessment. THIS IS REQUIRED as well as doing the recommended energy audit improvements.

THE CUSTOMER MUST ALSO GET PRE-APPROVAL FROM RISE TO FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE PROPOSED HEAT PUMP/AC WORK IF THIS WORK ISBEING DONE PRIOR TO THE ENERGY AUDIT. The home owner is also responsible for proving to RISE that the home is currently being heated with OIL, PROPANE, OR ELECTRIC. HOMES CURRENTLY USING ELECTRIC HEAT AS THEIR PRIMARY HEAT WOULD QUALIFY FOR THE LARGER AMOUNT OF $1250/COOLING TON. RESTIVO’S IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MONEY ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REBATE.

In the event that the homeowner does not meet the criteria for this rebate or does not do the recommended RISE energy improvements then they would fall into the category of standard rebates, which have a range of $350 per cooling ton based on the system configuration. In Massachusetts the rebates are different in certain towns COULD QUALIFY FOR A $10,000 REBATETHIS SYSTEM WILL HAVE A MAX OF 3.5 COOLING TONS OR MAXIMUM REBATES OF $1225 STANDARD OR $4375 (ELECTRIC/RI) FORENHANCED.
